The tours are organised by the Finance Academy (Fachhochschule für Finanzen NRW) and are offered hourly on Sundays and public holidays from 2 - 4 p.m. in the winter and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the summer. They begin in the palace courtyard in front of the chapel. The tour lasts about 90 minutes.
